The IQAC at Takshashila Senior College of Arts, Commerce, Science is established in line with NAAC guidelines to act as a catalyst for continuous quality improvement in academic, administrative, and infrastructural domains
Objectives
- Foster a system of conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to enhance institutional performance
- Internalize a quality culture and document best practices across all college disciplines
- Streamline and monitor teaching–learning, evaluation, and student support services
- Prepare and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC, ensuring transparency and accountability

- Stakeholder Feedback: Regularly collect opinions from students, parents, and others, acting on them promptly.
- Workshops & Seminars: Organize events to spread awareness of quality processes.
- Documentation & MIS: Maintain a robust institutional database and ensure proper archival of records, meetings, best practices, AQARs, etc..
- Best-Practice Integration: Act as the nodal body to coordinate adoption of innovative practices across departments.

Coordinator Role
- Acts as the key liaison overseeing IQAC operations, communication, documentation, and data management..
- Should have strong technical competence in MIS and digital record keeping.
Operational Features
- IQAC monitors progress against action plans, ensuring effective implementation of quality parameters..
- Records agendas, minutes, decisions, and follow-up actions, maintaining digital transparency.
- Prepares and uploads AQARs and associated documents to the college website, as required by NAAC.
